Things to Know About Our Delivery and Shipping:

• We use Blue Dart Express for deliveries across India and DHL and FedEx for international shipments.
• All products are carefully packaged in-house to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

For Domestic Orders (within India):

• We take 5-7 days to process and dispatch your order.
• Delivery takes 7-10 business days across India, depending on your location.

Please note:

• If the address/pin code/phone number is incorrect or unserviceable, it could take additional time to resolve and dispatch your order.
• During festivals, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, political crises, or curfews, your shipment may be further delayed. We assure you we will do our best to deliver your product as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience during these times.

For International Orders (outside India):

• Our delivery partners for international orders are DHL and FedEx.
• Regular orders take 10-15 business days to be delivered.
• For custom orders, an additional 2 days may be required to clear customs payment and KYC documentation, which must be completed by you, the customer.

Please note:

• Shipping charges for international orders vary depending on your country.
• Custom duties are to be paid separately by the customer as per the respective country’s regulations.
