All purchases made with La Lirian are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products, except in cases where the product is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival (see Section 2 below). 2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by following the steps below:

  2. Attach clear photos or videos of the defective or damaged product.

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit for the affected item. Please note:

  • Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Products that show signs of use will not qualify for replacement or credit.

3. Exceptions

This policy does not apply to:

  • Products purchased from third-party retailers.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or lack of care.
